Cancellation Policy

Reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation. In case of cancellation, a 30 day notice is required to receive any refund of your rental paid. If at least 30 days' notice in advance is given, we will refund 90% of your payment. With less than 30 days notice, you could forfeit your entire payment.

Weather forecasts change rapidly.  No refunds due to undesirable weather.  In the event that dangerous conditions exist the entire rental period, a re-schedule is possible but not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Double Deck Pontoon with 3 slides Policies

• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.  _________
• Payment in full is required to reserve pontoons.  This must be paid at the time of reservation by cash or credit card.  
• In case of cancellation, a 30 day notice is required to receive any refund of amount paid.  With at least 30 days notice of cancellation, 90% of your deposit will be refunded.  If less than 30 days, no refund will be given. Changes may not be made with less than 4 days advance notice. A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all changes in reservations.
• Renter is required to provide a valid credit card at time of arrival as a breakage deposit.  The name on the credit card must match the name listed on the rental contract.
• If boat is not returned by the specified time, a fee of $100.00 per hour will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Pontoons will carry a maximum of 14 people.
• All pontoons are equipped with 12 life vests.  Additional life jackets can be added.  Children’s life vests are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Pontoons have a full tank of gas at departure from marina.  Renter is responsible for refilling fuel tank upon return.
• Pontoons are not allowed past Hurricane Bridge.  If you travel past Hurricane Bridge and need assistance, a $100.00 fee plus $45.00 per hour from departure of marina to return of marina employee will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Tubing behind our pontoons is prohibited.  Renter is responsible for any damages to boat due to pulling tubes, other objects, or persons.
• Grilling on pontoon boat is not permitted.  Using a grill on the pontoons may cause burns on carpet and seats.
• Pets are not allowed on rental boats. If evidence of a pet is found, a cleaning fee will apply and any damages to boat, including seats, carpet, etc will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Pontoon boats are not equipped with an anchor. If you would like to use an anchor, please request one during your walkthrough.
• Renter is responsible for behavior of his/her crew.
• You must obey all T.W.R.A. regulations.
• Please obey "NO WAKE" zones and boat safely.
• It is unlawful to operate any vessel while under the influence of any intoxicants or drugs.
• Renter is responsible for any and all damages to boat and/or equipment provided (anchor, prop, fire extinguisher, etc.).
• Any damages or missing equipment will be charged to the credit card on file
