Cancellation Policy

Reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation. In case of cancellation, a 30 day notice is required to receive any refund of your rental paid. If at least 30 days' notice in advance is given, we will refund 90% of your payment. With less than 30 days notice, you could forfeit your entire payment.

Weather forecasts change rapidly.  No refunds due to undesirable weather.  In the event that dangerous conditions exist the entire rental period, a re-schedule is possible but not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Two Bedroom Suite W/Sleeper Sofa (Cabin 16,17 or 18) Policies

• Must be 25 years of age or older with a valid ID to rent.
• The total rental fee, plus taxes is required in order to hold your reservation.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Holiday weekends require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• 90% of Rental fee will be refunded ONLY if we are notified at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date.  With less than 30 days notice, your entire rental fee will be forfeited.
• Any changes in your reservation will result in a $25.00 service charge. Reservation dates may not be changed with less than 4 days notice.
• Quiet hour begins at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 8:00 a.m. and will be enforced.
• Pets allowed at renter's risk.  Any stains, damage or excessive pet hair will result in charges to the card on file.  Pets may not be left unattended in the cabin at any time unless they are kept in a crate.  In the event of excessive barking or noise from the pet, the renter will be asked to leave and fees will be forfeited.
• Check In is 3:00 PM CDT.
• Check Out is 11:00 AM CDT .
• Rates do not include sales and motel tax.
• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Cash Accepted.
• Cabin amenities include: air conditioning, television with a dvd player, range, refrigerator, and a gas grill.
• Linens, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and dishes ( the basics) are included.
• All boat trailers must remain attached to vehicle at all times, no dropped trailers allowed.
• No trailers allowed on the top level.  Trailers may only be parked in designated trailer parking spaces. 
• If you are unable to check in before the Ship's Store closes on your check in date, please call
• 615-548-4315 by 4:30p.m. to confirm your gate code and location of cabin keys to be picked up.
• In case of late check in, you will need to come to the Ship's Store the next morning before 11:00 a.m. If you fail to check in with our office, you will be charged a $50.00 service charge.

Please plan to bring items you may need, such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee filters, coffee, etc.
